Virgil leads GreenSpark’s strategy, growth, and technology vision, while overseeing Capital Services and serving as CFO to select high-growth consumer brands. He began his career in investment banking and private equity, specializing in structured finance and credit, before focusing on emerging consumer businesses as both an operator and advisor. Virgil has worked with brands representing more than $1 billion in combined annual revenue and has led debt and equity capital raises across the consumer sector. His experience spans capital strategy, cash flow and working capital, financial planning, and scaling the finance functions behind rapidly growing brands. At GreenSpark, he brings that operator perspective to both the firm’s client work and the technology being built to modernize how finance gets done.

Misty leads GreenSpark’s Accounting Services, overseeing the teams responsible for controllership, close, reporting, and client finance delivery. A CPA and experienced finance executive, she has served across a range of leadership roles, including CFO in private-equity-backed environments, and brings deep expertise in accounting, financial reporting, and building finance systems and processes as companies scale. At GreenSpark, Misty is responsible for building the teams and processes that help clients scale while maintaining a high standard of financial operations and accounting.

Misty also plays a central role in shaping GreenSpark’s accounting technology, translating the real-world needs of our accountants and clients into product requirements, workflows, and specifications for our engineering team. This ensures the platform is built around how accounting actually gets done—and the problems finance teams encounter every day.

Tim leads GreenSpark’s technology, engineering, and systems architecture, overseeing the infrastructure, integrations, data systems, security, and automation behind GreenSpark’s technology-enabled service model. He works closely with GreenSpark’s finance and accounting teams to translate real-world workflows and product requirements into scalable technology. His focus is building the technical foundation that connects financial and operating data, structures it for accounting and analysis, and gives GreenSpark’s professionals better information to work with. As CTO, Tim leads the engineering team and the development of GreenSpark’s proprietary accounting platform, turning the needs of accountants and consumer brands into the systems that power how GreenSpark delivers its work.
